This Contract is entered into by and between Edward M Burke Jr. owner of No-competition .biz ("First Party"), and you the ("Second Party") listed below. The term of this Agreement shall begin on the date of the signed contract and shall continue through its termination one year from the contract signing date

The specific terms of this Contract are as follows:

1. In consideration of the mutual promises set forth herein, the First Party covenants and agrees that it shall 1. Build a one page web site, using some of your graphics and content. Every link will go directly to your main web site. We will then submit our site and your site to google local business listings. Your business will then have two top 10 listings in the "local business" listings for up to 4 of your services or products, in your city and at least 5 surrounding cities, within 3 weeks. We will also submit your listings to Yahoo and Bing. We will also resubmit your web site to Google "local business" listings. Your business will also have top 10 natural and local listings in Bing and Yahoo but are not guaranteed. We will host our site and make any modifications or updates if need for one year from the date of this contract. We will NOT make any changes to your existing web site. Getting indexed or "listed" in Google "local business" listings can take up to 3 weeks. Everything will be included, in order to get your business listed on the internet, including all fees associated with your web site, including but not limited to, hosting fees, the domain name purchase and monitoring after you get listed to ensure your web site keeps the listing it has obtained. At the end of our contract we will then have everything transferred to you and set up at a hosting company of your choice. At such time all fees, such as hosting, domain renewal, form fees and any other fees associated with your web site will become the second parties obligation. Multiple web sites or doubling the number of "keywords or phrases" can be purchased. Each is priced the same cost as purchasing the first web site. This will increase the amount of exposure your business gets for larger areas or for more search terms. Having multiple listings and web sites that are all linked together with "reciprocating links", result in getting and keeping higher rankings.

The Second Party covenants and agrees that it shall 1. Provide all material needed to create web site. We are allowed to copy images, page links and content which we might use on the web site we build for you. We want to be able to create the same theme as your existing web site. There will be no other fees besides the contract price agreement, during the term of this contract. Payments can be made with credit card, check or cash. Monthly payments plan will be due 30 days from the date of this signed contract. Total payment "in full payment", will be due within 2 days of the signed contract. If monthly payments are not received on due date, your web site may be taken down until payment is received. This may cause a loss of position in the search engine.

Total (in full) payment of $2,9900.00 plus tax ( for 1 web site) can be made by check, credit card or cash. Monthly payment: $300 down and 24 monthly payments of $116.00. 1st payment is due one month from the date of sign contract. Then a monthly payment made every month on the same day, for 24 months will be $116.00 a month (this does not include tax). All payment are due within 2 business days from the date of this signed contract. If 2 or 3 web sites are purchased, Monthly payments may be made for the first site, as stated above, then the second payments will be a total of the balance divided into 12 monthly payments starting the first month after the first payment agreement ends for the next 12 months.

The (second party) has 3 business days to cancel this agreement from the date it's signed, by e-mail (edwardburke@att.net), fax (561-423-6165) or by calling me directly at 561-310-8188. If this contract is canceled within this time period all money will be refunded, no questions asked. A reason for the cancellation would be appreciated but not mandatory. Anyone who cancels this contract, just to get the information we will show you or try to copy or use our "proprietary information" for their own or someone else's purpose will void the non-disclosure agreement you signed and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

This Contract may not be modified in any manner unless in writing and signed by both the first party. This document and any attachments hereto constitute the entire agreement between the Parties. This Contract shall be binding upon the Parties, their successors, heirs and assigns and shall be enforced under the laws of the State of Florida. This contract is for "local business" listings only. No Top 10 worldwide generic listings are guaranteed. After we received the contract we will sign it and send you a copy either by e-mail or fax.

1. Monthly payments $300 down & (24 payments) $116.00 a month plus tax __
2. Monthly $300 down and ( 12 payments) $233.00 plus tax___
3. One web site (paid in full) $2,990.00 plus tax ___

(for "monthly payment" 1st payment due on the date of this contract and on the same date for the next 23 or 35 months depending on the payment plan choosen.)
